MEET THERESA
I’ve been a dietitian for 7 years working as a clinical dietitian and in private practice. I’ve largely spent my career as a dialysis and hospital dietitian stay up to date with medical nutrition therapy guidelines. I started my private practice in 2023 help people who are motivated and excited about taking the next steps in their own health journey- I want this for you!
I have supported women in their intuitive eating journey, develop meal plans that work for their individual needs. I am not going to give you another strict diet to follow, I believe in an anti-diet approach, all foods fit mentality. I am excited to be part of your journey!
