Theresa Gionta, registered dietitian on a mission to help people develop a healthy relationship with food. Restrictive diets don’t work, and therefore I am a strong advocate for intuitive eating. What is intuitive eating? Check out my blog to find out along with some fun recipes to make on your own.

I graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2015 (Go Nittany Lions!) and became a registered dietitian in August of 2017. I am a currently working as a renal dietitian at Davita Dialysis helping patients adhere to the renal and diabetic diet. I have a strong passion for helping dialysis patients develop eating habits that maintain their labs as well as forming a better relationship with food.
